Delivery UK
We are proud to offer all of our customers’ FREE delivery on our jewellery. We ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm; your item is fully insured while on its way to you. Please ensure that you or someone trusted can be present at your address to sign for the item. Should you not be there to receive the parcel it will then go on to your local sorting depot. A calling card will be left for you.
We aim to despatch our items the same day if ordered before 12pm.

Delivery Worldwide
We are proud to offer all of our customers’ FREE delivery worldwide on all orders. We ship via Royal Mail International Signed For; your item is fully insured while on its way to you. Delivery is normally between 3 – 5 working days for Europe and 3 – 10 working days for rest of world. Please ensure that you or someone trusted can be present at your address to sign for the item. Should you not be there to receive the parcel it will then go on to your local sorting depot. A calling card will be left for you.
We also offer an expedited shipping via FedEx for a small additional fee. Delivery is normally between 1 – 2 days for Europe and 2 – 5 Days for rest of world. To select this expeditied delivery method select FedEx during checkout.
We aim to despatch our items the same day if ordered before 12pm.
Visit our showroom
We understand that not everyone is comfortable buying high value diamond jewellery online. Sometimes you need to see the item in person to understand exactly what your money will get you.
Follow the instructions on our easy to use booking system. Select the date/time that is suitable for you along with the items of jewellery you would like to see. Please note while we stock a large amount of our range, we may not have everything you would like to see. To avoid disappointment please ensure you input the product ID’s you would like to see. Should any not be in stock, we will contact you to discuss different options.
Cooling off period
Except in relation to Bespoke Jewellery, when you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 30 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period. This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have despatched your order) and ends 30 days after the day following delivery of the goods.
Bespoke Jewellery is excluded from the cooling off period guarantee, unless Precious Jewels UK is at fault.
Returning an item
We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PreciousJewels UK. If, however, for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unworn item(s) within 30* days of delivery date.
We accept refunds or exchanges of pierced items in original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase please ensure the plastic bag containing your order remains sealed. If the items have been removed from the bag or if the bag has been tampered with, we cannot refund or exchange the item due to hygiene reasons.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please make sure that you return all packaging and reports issued and supplied with the item together with the item. Please make sure that everything is in pristine condition, in order to facilitate a credit. In the event of damage to the packaging or reports we will refund less the cost of the damage.
We would recommend that you return the item to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery PRE 1PM, as this has proven to be the most efficient and reliable way to send these items in the post. However we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage while it is in transit back to our offices.
Upon receipt of you item please allow up to 3 working days for us to inspect the item returned and to issue you with a credit.
If you would like to exchange this item for another one, please contact prior to dispatch so that we can organise it for you.Once the item is received, it will be sent to the Quality Assessment department where the product (s) will be inspected. If any item found to be worn, damaged, altered, resized, tampered with, or found to be mishandled in any way it will not be accepted for refund.
Note: Some products are not covered by the returns policy, these are listed below:
- Engraved products: Jewellery which has been engraved either by Precious Jewels UK or another jeweller.
- Bespoke items, please see our Size Chart on the product page for which sizes are considered as bespoke.
- Any item which has been worn and is not in a resalable condition.
- Any item which has been re-sized; either by Precious Jewels UK or another jeweller.
